Why part-baked or par baked?
In Germany we bake fresh and deliver daily, three times a day. To get the quality and taste of our products abroad we part-bake (par bake) and take care to lock in the freshniess by our state of the art chill system. Across the globe a customer can thaw our bread and bake for about 15 minutes to have the best bread in the world without travelling to Germany. The wonder of technology meets practicallity to deliver an incredible product.
